ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Malaysia, Chef Wong grew up with his mother who grew her own fruits, vegetables and herbs. This experience instilled an appreciation for fresh organic produce and simple flavors. Decades of experience later, Chef Simpson Wong is the proud owner of the now closed Cafe Asean and Jefferson in New York City.
